Need assistance if note justify that this is two units of the drug to be bill... for its bilateral procedure. Also to conform J code do not carry modifier 50?
"An intra-articular injection was given with 2 cc of 1% lidocaine and 2.5 cc (25 mg) of Supartz into bilateral knee joints. Procedure was well tolerated."

Yes, 2 units of J7321 is correct. This code is "per dose", so you don't need to calculate mg per unit. And yes, also correct that you don't use modifier 50. Only need to use "2" for units on one line of J7321 on the claim.
