If a phyisican injection the LIMA/RIMA during a LHC/COR but does not state that he is doing it to check to see if patent for CABG would you code 93458 or 93459?

Physician just list LIMA/RIMA patent.

If he documents that he selectively injected LIMA/RIMA then use 93459.
