Has anyone seen underpayments on their secondary to Medicare claims because of Medicare reporting your MIPS bonus as part of your payment. Medicare is reporting the MIPS bonus payment to the secondary payer as part of our payment and the secondary is being under payed by the amount of the bonus. Basically Medicare is paying you and the secondary is taking it away.
