Is there an additional code for reconstruction of umbilicus when done along with the hernia repair? The umbilical skin was completely excised, reconstructed and attached to the umbilicus. Any help would be great!

It's tough without reading the note and the dx, so these may or may not be on the right track-

Depending on the op note I would check out 15734. This is fairly common with hernia repair when reconstruction is done.

If it's a birth defect- 49600-49611.
