would an ultrasound performed in the office be part of the global fee? I say no (as with x-rays) but am not sure. thanks.

We say no as well. We don't charge the OV but we do bill the US.

No. In office ultrasounds are outside the global but you should check if your office has a contract with
the payor that states differently.
