Wiki Ultrasound coding

Hello all! I've just started working for a family practice that performs some ultrasounds in-office. I don't have experience with this and was just trying to do some research proper coding but didn't find any useful information. Can anyone point me in the direction of an article or something that has basic pointers or a "cheat sheet" that I can follow as I go over their claims? Thank you in advance!

I have always billed 97035 with a GP modifier for the ultrasound but recently received a denial from Medicare-CO16, MA130 and N572. Not sure why, I have been billing this same patient with same dx codes. Cannot find a change in Medicare. Not sure what other info they need? Please help!
