Wiki Ultrasound and f/u visit

If a fertitlity patient comes in for an ultrasound which is performed by the Physician, can a follow-up 99214 be submitted in conjunction with the ultrasound? There was no discussion between patient and Physician of the findings, etc. Just a quick ultrasound and then another f/u visit made a couple days later. Thank you in advance for any insight on this.

If there was no face to face visit between the patient and the physician then only the US should be billed.

Why did they have a follow up? You need supporting documentation.
