Hello,
Our practice has a few OBGYN's who are performing urodynamics in the office and we are trying to bill on a UB-04 (we bill as a critical access Method II ). We tried to send claims to Medicare for urodynamics with a professional revenue code of 0982, and the facility revenue code of 0510; however Medicare is not accepting these revenue codes and no one in the office can locate the correct revenue codes for urodynamics. We normally split bill with these two codes for other services, etc. but we cannot get urodynamics to go through to Medicare (the claims are rejected on the Medicare claims website (DDE).
Can anyone help our office with this problem?
