Wiki UA dipstick during well woman exam

Several payers are denying 81002 as incidental to 99394-99397. I've been trying to find CCI edits on this but I'm not having any luck. Suggestions? Thoughts?

Check the payers specific guidelines. All of your major ones have it. It may or may not always be CCI edits....If you payer says no, then its no...I would check with them specifically first.
