How would you code a tympanostomy procedure on one ear, and the surgeon see's that a previous tympanostomy on the other ear has a tube coming out and replaces just the tube? How about 69436-50-52, reduced services being not actually making an incision for the tube? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I believe you would be okay billing 69436-50-52. That is how I bill when this happens!
