I need help with an issue we are having at my office. We are an independent cardiologist office and we have privileges at the local hospital. We are getting rejections for no modifiers on our test based on the fact that someone not related to our office billed another test on the same day. We have our own Tax ID, NPI's and in noway are connected to that hospital. Has anyone else had this problem?
