Question; 96366 is used for additional time beyond 30 minutes. Can the additional time from the AM encounter and the PM encounter be added together. Example 1.15 hrs in the AM and 1:20 hrs in the PM= total time 2 hrs and 25 minutes
I am new to infusions, but it is my understanding that you cannot combine the times. I believe you could code two initial charges, one for the am and another for the pm with modifier 59. Like I said I am still learning about infusion coding.
