Wiki twin vaginal deliveries different days

I want to confirm to which delivery (a or b) the icd9 code matches to for delayed delivery of twin-Im assuming it is coded to the second delivery charge. I have not found anything to confirm this dilemma. Please advise!

I would use 662.31 (Delayed delivery of second twin, triplet, etc., delivered, with or without mention of antepartum condition) on baby b.
