Hello,
How do I bill a twin vaginal delivery where a selective reduction was done prior to delivery? The pt delivered both. Will I still bill the same as a regular twin vag delivery? Thanks.

You should still bill both vaginal deliveries, the ICD-9 codes will reflect one is fetal demise
