Hello. Would you code "the anterior and inferior aspect of the turbinate was trimmed" with code 30130 in addition to "left maxillary antrostomy with tissue removal" 31267?

Or would the trimming of the turbinate be considered part of the tissue removal with 31267?

31267 is "not" inclusive to the turbinate surgery, Its hard to say if 30130 is correct without a little more of the procedure in detail
