Wiki tubal with clips and cauterization

Can someone tell me what they would use for CPT codes if a tubal was done and one tube was done with a Filshie clip and one was done with cauterization? Any help would be appreciated.

You could list each code separately with -52 (reduced service) modifiers. And don't forget to send the operative note when you send the claim.
