Wiki Tubal ligation when the section is done by a different surgeon

I have a patient that had a c section done by one surgeon, and another surgeon was call in to repair a complex vagina laceration and also did the tubal ligation at that time, then left and primary surgeon closed. So how or can I bill for the tubal ligation?
