Wiki Tubal cystecteomy following cesarean delivery?

The doctor successfully performed a cesarean delivery on a single newborn, and, through the same incision, removed a tubal cyst that had been discovered on a previous ultrasound. Everyone in our office is stumped by this one?how would you code these procedures?
