Could someone help with lab orders for thyroid, TSH, free, ect. and 3rd generation, I really not a lab coder and need some insight or where I could go for research

What type of help do you need? Is it regarding the allowed ICD-9 codes for the tests. If so, I can seed you the 2013 NCD guidelines.
