Wiki Trigger fingers and Carpal Tunnel Release

Hello, I have a fairly simple question.
My doctor did 5 separate trigger finger releases and an open carpal tunnel release all in the same operating session.

Would I code 26055 FA and then the other four with 26055 59 and finger modifier and then just 64721.

I agree, bur I would list the 64721 first, and it should hold to greater RVU and dollar value. Other than that, I agree with your codes and modifiers.
