Wiki Trigger finger DX

procedure our dr. did.
DX
1.,Right fourth trigger finger and
2. left fifth trigger finger

Procedure is

1. Release of right fourth trigger finger
2. Injection of the left fifth finger

The DX I used is 727.03 ins. paid for the 1st procedure but not the second. I called INS and they said because DX was wrong for the second DX.


Can someone help me with this?

Did you use side/finger modifiers? What cpt code did you use for the injection?
