Can anyone please tell me (and provide a written resource) if it is allowable to charge a seperate E/M visit for the treatment of depression during routine antepartum care when it is not clearly stated that the depression is not pregnancy related? It actuality the clinician's notes strongly support that the depression is pregnancy related. Thank you and any assistance is greatly appreciated...
