Can anyone help me find a CPT code for this? I would greatly appreciate it.
 
I don't believe there is a vaginal cystorrhaphy CPT. I would recommend unlisted with comparison to open codes 51860 (simple) or 51865 (complicated).

Specifically because your question is posted in the ob/gyn forum, I would just want to make sure that this repair was not necessary due to an injury during another surgery. It does happen from time to time during a hysterectomy that the bladder is inadvertently entered (particularly if there are dense adhesions). If your surgeon caused the injury, you cannot bill to repair it.
