Dr. performed a Transurethral removal of a polypoid lesion in the bladder with fulguration of ulcers by loop electrocautery and the erythematous ulcerative areas of the bladder were fulgurated with electrocautery.
Can I bill for both of these...
I am codding for the polypoid lesion 0.5 cm in size 52224

I would consider this the treatmwent of mutiple bladder tumors and bill only 52224 for their treatment as most carriers allow the treatment of the largest leison as the final coding for this type of scenario.
