Wiki transplanted parathyroid

This is new to me. Patient had subtotal parathyroidectomy with transplant of parathyroid into left brachioradialis musculature left forearm one year ago. Patient continued to have hyperparathyroidism so ended up having "excision of the transplanted parathyroid tissue left arm".
Wound you use a code from the musculature section (which I can't find) or would this be considered a parathyroidectomy, 60500?
