Hello, I have a real stumper here:

Dx:
Large Left Seminal Vesicle Hematoma
Intracable pelvic and abdominal pain

Procedure:
1.) Transrectal Ultrasound of prostate
2.) Aspiration of Left side seminal vesicle hematoma.

....Prostate u/s showed a mass filling the screen of the ultrasound. We could not reach or visualize the bladder and could not visualize the right seminal vesicle. Transperineal aspiration of the left side of the mass and then the right side of the mass was performed. We drained 21 mL of blood. Transrectal needle was placed and revealed no drainage. There was still a hard mass effect on the rectum. We did not do a biopsy because we did a biopsy before that showed blood clots. We also suspected that the patient may have an arteriovenous malformation, and if we do a biopsy we may run into uncontrollable bleeding. The procedure was terminated...

Let me know what you think!!!

Thank you in advance!
