Has anyone billed for this in the office. This is a portable endoscopy that is inserted through the nose and can be used post bariatric.

The codes the supplier, Vision Sciences, recommend are 43200-43228 but those codes are meant to be used transorally under sedation.

Any experience? Any ideas ? Would you use the recommended codes are "unlisted codes"?

Could you give more info such as the purpose for the scope and what exactly they're looking for or examining? I've coded bariatrics for awhile now but haven't come across this device before.
