Can someone tell me how you would code a platelet transfusion, and then iv injection for benadryl and hydrocortizone? Patient had one unit of platelets, irradiated, leukocytes reduces. Also had the two injections through iv for the benadryl and hydrocort... I can't seem to find good reference material on this subject.
