I am having a hard time trying to find the procedure code for the following:

Repair of Transected Hepatic Artery

Procedure:
We came into the operative suite after the patients Whipple procedure required hepatic artery transection. At our point of involvement, the abdomen was packed off and the hepatic artery had already been ligated proximally and distally. We began our portion of the procedure by dissecting it out through its entire length, until distally it was skeletonized to the liver and proximally skeletonized to the celiac trunk. In the proximal portion, there was a bifurcation. This was spatualted and tailored to an appropriate size for an end-to-end anastomosis. This was done with 7-0 Prolene suture in a running continuous fashion, using the usual vascular technique.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
