...Fellow coders!!!how would you code this scenario?...between third and fourth metatarsals

Attention was directed to the third interspace of the right foot, where an incision was made dorsally from the sulcus of the toe, moving proximal approximately 1.5 cm. The incision was deepened through a mixture of sharp and blunt dissection down to the level of the intermetatarsal ligament. At this time, the intermetatarsal ligament was transected, and the area was copiously irrigated with normal saline. All bleeders were tied off with 4-0 Monocryl. Pressure was then put on the plantar aspects of the bones, and the area was visualized. There was no large neuroma noted. The patient's intermetatarsal nerve was visualized and found to be of normal size. The surgical site was again copiously irrigated with normal saline. It was then closed in its anatomical layers using the above mentioned suture material.

Thanks in advance:)!

painful neuroma, third interspace, right foot...but then the doc mentions on his report that there was no large neuroma noted...no excision was done just the trasenction of the ligament.
