Wiki Training my Doctors in E/M Documentation

I have conducted an audit of Inpatient and Outpatient visits and it has been determined that all the physicians could use some training in proper documentation. I know what it is supposed to look like but if anyone has any advice on how to train busy physicians quickly and efficiently I woud appreciate it.
