try to code bronch W/ Bal , with Olympus fiberoptic bronchoscope inserted through the swivel adaptor connected to the endotracheal tube size 8.
One Legacy on board. Patient going for organ harvesting.
Fiberoptic bronchoscopy with bronchoalveolar lavage.
