I am needing help on coding the following. Any help provided is greatly appreciated.

Pars Plana vitrectomy----67036
Subretinal TPA injection----?????
Intravitreous Avastin Injection-----67028

Need help with coding for the subretinal TPA injection, or is this injection bundled in the procedure.
