Wiki Total hip with two dislocation and a revision prior to original discharge

Ok, Here is the deal. Dr. Ortho does the total hip. 5 days later does a closed reduction of dislocation of the total hip just replaced, next day does another closed reduction of dislocation of the total hip, 6 days later does a total hip revision on the same hip. The patient never left the hospital from the original surgery. can I truly charge all of these procedures? it seems a bit much. This is not a medicare patient, it is commerical insurance.
Any thoughts or feed back is appreciated.

as long as there is a return to the OR you can capture the procedure with a 78 modifier.
