If I have a patient that has torticollis and decreased neck flexion & rotation. Would I code both of these as separate diagnoses or is the decreased neck flexion & rotation covered under the 723.5 ICD-9 code?

Torticollis dx: 723.5
Decreased neck flexion & rotation dx: 723.8
