I have recently been seeing more liner replacements with revision of hip arthroplasties. Often, the surgeon will replace the lining of the acetebulum and also replace the head of the femoral component. Would this constitute using 27134 (Revision of total hip arthroplasty), or since the surgeon is only replacing the femoral component use 27138?
