Wiki TKA as out-patient

How are you billing your TKA's for the surgeon now that Medicare removed them from the in-patient only list? If I check patient's status with the hospital everything shows as in-patient, so should I still list the place of service as In-Patient hospital?

Is anyone else having issues getting an in-patient auth from Humana because of the change? Even if we submit clinicals the auth for in-patient gets denied?
