Hello all! I was wondering if anyone could offer insight as to how to code the following? Any assistance is appreciated. I have never coded one of these.

TIPS EVALUATION ULTRASOUND:
CLINICAL HISTORY:
THe patient is a 70 yr old female with history of TIPS, surveillance scan and evaluate function.
FINDINGS:
No comparison. TIPS evaluation studies are available.
Focused ultrasound of the intrhepatic shunt was performed with color Doppler. The TIPS is patent. Color Doppler demonstrates normal direction of flow. The shunt extends from the portal vein to the left hepatic vein. Velocities obtained are as follows:
Portal vein end---------104cm/second
Midshunt-----------------78 com/second
Left Hepatic vein end-- 100cm/second
IMPRESSION:
Patent TIPS with appropriate measured velocities as above. Reommend continued surveillance as indicated.
