Have a surgeon getting ready to do his first TIF procedure. All I'm finding is the unlisted 43499 code for this...is this still correct? Is anyone finding that Medicare will or won't pay for this procedure? What about other insurances? Any experience/information you have would be appreciated. Thanks!
