Wiki Thoracoplasty of 7th & 8th rib

H! One of our surgeons did a Decortication plus a thoracoplasty of the 7th & 8th rib. I am not finding a real accurate code for the rib removal. The code 21600 is for one, partical rib removal and that is the closest code I have come up with. Codes 32905-32906 will not work.

Has anyone else had experience with this? :confused:
