The societies are helpful. I utilize the STS website (http://www.sts.org/) all the time. The have a section with newsletters that pertain to coding and an annual workshop for coders that I try to attend at least every other year. A book that might help you is

I really like ZHealth online. THey also have an Interventional Radiology Coding book that is helpful.
