I need help ! Doctor is performing a shoulder capsular labral reconstruction along with thermal capsular shrinkage. Am I correct in saying the only billable code is 29806 and the shrinkage is included in the reconstruction and shouldn't be billed separately with the unlisted code 29999 ?
I'd appreciate any feedback !
