Does anyone know the correct billing for a non medicare patient, that needs a non standard echocardiography. The technique is called the (bubble procedure) or Microcavitation. What I've gather so far is to bill using the unlisted procedure code 93799, however should I also bill for the saline solution required for the procedure??? Help !!!!
