Just wanted to give my THANKS to the AAPC for creating a "Podiatry" heading for discussion. I realize we Podiatry coders could ask questions in the general area but it sure is nice to be able to go to one area specifically for us. Great work!

Yes, so happy to see this! I have been coding Podiatry for about 8 months and still have so many questions! In fact, I was going to suggest to AAPC that they start a Podiatry section. Yaa!!

I have been coding Podiatry for 7 months with just graduating college and passing CPC exam so I have LOTS of questions! I'm so glad someone at AAPC seen my comment and made this group! Once again, Thanks AAPC! You really helped us fellow Podiatry coders!

Yes a forum for the most difficult thing I have ever coded. Now when are you going to have a specialty coding certification for Podiatry?

Thank you AAPC for making the Podiatry forum a reality. It will be so helpful to hear from fellow podiatry coders out there. I have been coding Podiatry for almost 9 years now. I agree with the other podiatry coders we need our own specialty credentialing.

I agree. I have been coding Podiatry for many years and would love to see a Podiatry Speciality Certification.
