I am wondering if anyone is having success with correct reimbursement when the 50 modifier is used in Texas Medicare through Novitas? I have noticed we are receiving payment on one procedure when the 50 modifier is used as opposed to using the RT and LT modifiers...anyone else out there having same trouble?
