Hi there,

My MD is inserting 100mg pellets x 10. But I only have a code for 75mg pellets. I have been all over the internet and SuperCoder and can't find it. Does someone have the HCPC for the 100mg pellets?

According to Endo Pharmaceuticals, the manufacturer, it only comes in 75 mg.

Use the following.
Since S0189 doesn't fit, your stuck with unlisted. Not to mention that the common guidance on this code is J3490/S0189
Do a quick google with Testopel and J3490 & S0189. You'll see the same info present from UHC to Aetna.

I would re-check the packaging, since the manufacturer showed it ONLY comes in 75 mg pellets, not 100mg pellets.
