Wiki Testing for Inpatient position, Have CPC-H, whats the difference?

There is a huge difference between inpatient and outpatient. There are differences in ICD-9 diagnosis rules and they do not use CPT codes they use Vol 3 ICD-9.

Not to mention the definition of principal diagnosis is not the same as the first listed diagonosis for outpatient, allowing conditions documented as "possible", "probable", etc to be coded on inpatient records and not outpatient, how to determine the prinicpal diagnosis when patient presents with two or more conditions - a completely different world than outpatient or physician offices.
