Wiki Tenotomy abductor of hip, percutaneous

Our provider does tenotomy on the abductor percutaneously but I can't find the correct CPT to use for this. There is a code for the adductor percutaneous and there is a code for the abductor of the hip, open. Any help would be appreciated.
