Wiki Telestroke and Teleconsults, hospital setting

Hi! There is not a lot of information out there regarding these teleconsults for hospital patients. I was wondering, if our physician performs a Telestroke(G0508) and the next day, another of our physicians works the inpatient neurology consult (via telehealth) - would this be an appropriate time to use codes G0406, G0407 and G0408. Technically, these are new consults, and we are billing for physicians under the same umbrella, so it would be a follow up consult. We've been billing follow ups with tele modifiers (and the RVUs are slightly better) but I am wondering when we can use these codes. There isn't much help out there on the internet or with any coding books or programs, so I want to see if any neuro coders out there have experience with the code sets.
