Wiki Telephone only Behavioral Health

Hi! My psychiatrist performed a 99214 follow up visit ,26 minutes via telephone.

Do I code this with a (93) modifier for telephone?
or do I use the telephone codes of (99441-99443) based on the time of visit? or are those only for medical and not behavioral health?

26 minutes would be 99213. As far as the modifier it depends on the payer. Some want telehealth codes some don't.
